Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been a director, actress as well as a producer, playwright, and teacher for St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the daughter of a British father and an English-Turkish Cypriot mother. Anna appeared in several advertisements in her youth. Anna relocated to Toronto Ontario in order for the purpose of pursuing her acting. The decade that followed, she eventually made the move to Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman, whom she met at an Los Angeles actors' workshop at the end of 2007, became her husband in the year 2009. Anna became a Jew at the age of 11, after having converted to Judaism. They were wed in a civil ceremony in December this year. They then reaffirmed their vows in the Jewish ceremony held in Fredericton, in April 2011.
