Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny on the 3rd day of February is an American actress. She achieved prominence during the late 1970s and early 1980s with continuing performances in a variety of television shows, in which she usually conveyed a glamorous image. Fairchild began her acting career from 1973-1977 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. As the first actress portraying Jenna Wade, she made her TV debut on CBS's soap opera for daytime Dallas in 1978. In the following year, she landed a leading role for the NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), which won her the Golden Globe Award as Best Actress in a Television Series - for that show. In 1984, she was a co-star on ABC's short-lived show on primetime called Paper Dolls. In 1985 until 1986, Fairchild played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild was actively involved in theatre and in appearances on television shows such Roseanne Cybill, Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the show, she received a Primetime Emmy Award.
