Harry Edward Styles - also known as Harry Styles - is a British musician and composer. Harry Styles has been credited as composing songs for The One Direction band. Harry Styles was born in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England on the 1st of February 1994. He is the son of Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, together with his fellow classmates, created a band group called White Eskimo. White Eskimo won 2009's Battle of Bands thanks to the impressive presentation they made. He was always interested in music, but he would like to work as the next lawyer or physical therapy. He worked for a time for a short time in a bakeshop in his city to help economically at home. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition in which he performed Stevie Wonder's track Is not She Lovely. Due to this, the group he was in had to be split. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he be part of a new band, One Direction. The other members were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group, and they created in the year 2010. The group sang the song Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would be Sucking Without You as well as Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. As a result, they were among the finalist. However, they came in third in front of Rebecca Ferguson. However, Harry Styles and his group didn't win, Cowell paid a contract of 2 million pounds to One Direction to sign with the Syco recording label.
